Disconnect
Disconnect integrations
Users stay in control of connected QuickBooks, Stripe, and Square access and can remove app access at any time.
Disconnect In Velryq
- Sign in to Velryq.
- Open the Integrations page.
- Find QuickBooks, Stripe, or Square.
- Select Disconnect.
Disconnecting QuickBooks removes its stored provider tokens. Disconnecting Stripe or Square stops provider payment links and sync activity but retains the encrypted OAuth grant solely for a simple reconnect while the Velryq app remains authorized in that provider. Removing Velryq from Stripe or Square revokes that provider-side authorization completely.
Revoke QuickBooks Access In Intuit
Users can also revoke QuickBooks app access from their Intuit account by opening Intuit app settings and removing Velryq from connected apps.
Revoke Stripe Access In Stripe
Users can also revoke Stripe app access from their Stripe account or disconnect the app from Stripe settings. This stops future Stripe recovery sync after the connection is removed.
Revoke Square Access In Square
Users can revoke Velryq from the connected Square account's app integrations. This stops future Square recovery sync and prevents Velryq from creating new Square-hosted invoice payment pages until the seller authorizes the app again.
Sales Docs
Native Sales Docs are created inside Velryq, so there is no external provider to disconnect. Users can manage estimates, invoices, customers, rules, and document settings from the Sales Docs and Account pages where available.
Disconnecting Is Not Account Deletion
Disconnecting QuickBooks, Stripe, or Square does not automatically delete previously imported records, native documents, opportunities, recovery actions, prevention rules, or billing history. To remove the complete Velryq account and its related workspace data, use the self-service account deletion flow instead.
